WE ARE GLOBAL, Friday 11th November

Maslow’s Community Shop and the Kinning Park Complex invite you to

A night of funk and fusion to celebrate difference and diversity!

Despite what Theresa May & Donald Trump think, it’s our differences and diversity that make the world the spicy and interesting place it is!

Come and join us for a night of food, cocktails, live music and dancing to show your support for our multi-cultural, multi-ethic, multi-national city.

Danny McLaren aka The Mad Chef from Bloc+ will be making fusion inspired finger food whilst the bar staff at Bloc+ will be making some killer cocktails for you all to try.

Live music will come from Glasgow’s fantastic Chrissy Barnacle whilst The Unity Centre DJs Lemofack, Alieu and Ashanti will be spinning some funky beats to get you all up and moving.

If this wasn’t enough there will also be live Sax and Piano during the night, because a Friday night can NEVER have too much funk!

All the money raised on the evening will be going to support Maslow’s Community Shop which helps provide clothes, shoes and basic necessities to refugees, asylum seekers and people experiencing hardship.

So, come join us, stick two fingers up to Theresa and Donald and raise some money for a fantastic cause whilst having an amazing time.
