MEALS MATTER - COOKALONG

We've created a virtual cookery series: Meals Matter: Cookalong Workshops, which aim to teach you delicious low cost, healthy, nutritious and environmentally friendly dishes with a focus on helping improve your health and well-being.

The workshops are currently running this February till March funded by the Scottish Government's Climate Challenge Fund.

WHY DO MEALS MATTER?

A good meal 🍵 is fundamental to good health and well-being. They nurture our health, brain and spirit.

The food we consume provides plenty of nutrients so that we can grow and have an active and healthier immune system.

By choosing to make healthier meals that are nutrient-dense you limit processed foods and get more energy to your body and mind.
