Using ingredients from grocery boxes delivered 17 and 24 April 2020
1 1/2 cups of vegetable stock
2 carrots, diced
1 chopped onion
1 cup of couscous
1. Add couscous and veg stock to a pot. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Boil carrots until tender and drain.
3. Fry the onion until golden brown.
4. Add the carrot and onion to the couscous and enjoy!
