Community Learning and Development Worker

There is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, organised and engaging individual to join our team with the purpose of assisting KPC’s community learning and development work, and support the delivery of

KPC community and neighbourhood based projects. This work seeks to develop the knowledge, skills, capacity, and power of the KPC membership community and in the communities in surrounding neighbourhoods.

We offer family friendly, flexible working arrangements including remote workingoptions where appropriate. We also offer statutory holiday allowance plus bank holidays,structured training and development activities, 5% pension contribution, company sickpay and a phone / laptop.
