Governance
KPC became a registered Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) in 2018. This means that while our day-to-day operations are overseen by our staff, the wider direction and governance of the organisation is overseen by our board of trustees, who are volunteers drawn from our local (G41/G51) area.
We hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is open to members of the public. We welcome users of the building and members of our local community who want to engage with the ongoing work of keeping KPC running and making it the best space it can be for the community.
Our public accounts and annual reports are also available here so that you can see how KPC is being run and understand the decisions we're making to keep this space working for everyone.
KPC Annual General Meeting 2025
Our 2025 AGM is coming up! We’re looking forward to welcoming you all to our AGM on Thursday the 1st of May. The AGM is an opportunity for KPC members to vote on resolutions about our policies and future plans, as well as for a new board of trustees.
If you are a member, you will have received an email with details of the voting procedure (if there are any problems with this contact hello@kinningparkcomplex.org).
There will be announcements and presentations about the past year and our current plans by the board and the staff, and non-members are welcome to attend to hear these and to participate in the unstructured discussion portion of the evening. An agenda detailing the structure of the AGM and what will be discussed and voted on is available here.
If you are planning to attend, please sign up via the Eventbrite here so that we can plan accordingly.
See you there!
