This session, delivered by Community Ownership Support Service (COSS) and Development Trusts Association of Scotland (DTAS), will give you an overview of the history of community ownership in Scotland and a snapshot of the current environment. It will look at the 'routes to ownership' available to groups wanting to secure an asset and the support available. You will hear from three communities who now own assets about their experiences, challenges and tips and there will be ample time for questions and discussion.
