30th Anniversary Events

Gardening
Every week our keen group of garden volunteers get together to work on and learn in our community garden and outdoor space. Each week the group works on something different, from growing food and plants to attending workshops on composting and herbal medicine.

Community Meal
Our Community Meals run on a Monday every two weeks! The first meal of the 55 day celebration will be Monday the 4th of May.
The meal runs from 11:30am to 2:00pm, with hot drinks from 11.30am and food served around noon.

WildCat Games Night
Caledonian Wildcats run weekly tabletop gaming sessions every Wednesday from 6pm–10pm at Kinning Park Complex. We provide a welcoming and inclusive space for people 16+ to enjoy a wide range of tabletop games.

The Subtle Body
The Subtle Body, 2026, brings into conversation the archives of artists Katy Dove (1970–2015) and Lygia Clark (1920–1988) to explore their mutual occupation with bodily knowledge and the subconscious.

Govan Radical Histories Walking Tour
Join Radical Glasgow Tours on a journey through the history of greater Govan. From work-ins and red roses to rent strikes and the arms trade, find out about some of the people and movements that have shaped the area over the years.

Community meal for those working in grassroots organising & community work to have a space to decompress & chill. At Kin Kitchen we use food as a vehicle for resistance and community building, we want to create spaces of care and support as they are essential for our collective resilience.

The Day We Stayed: An Interactive Storytelling Session
Through interactive storytelling, we’ll explore what it might have felt like to be present when Kinning Park Complex was occupied in 1996: the conversations, the uncertainty and the small decisions that built into something bigger. This isn’t a history lecture. It’s a shared story, shaped by the people in the room.
